TD series bucket elevator is the replacement products at the basis of D-bucket type.Compared with D-type,this equipment holds the advantages of variety specifications,larger transmission capacity and higher upgrade,smooth operation,long life,etc.The main technique parameters of performance and compliance comply with the relevant international standards.The structure and characteristics of TD series of bucket elevator.
(1) Compared to D-type fight,the same width of the TD-type as follows bucket can transport a larger quantity as nearly doubled.
(2)Traction is made of high-strength rubber belt which is of a high tensile strength and long serivce lift.
(3)Structure is simple. It is easy to install,adjust,repair and maintain.bucket form and material handling methods
This equipment holds wiht four bucket type,namely,Q-type (shallow bucket),H-type(arc at the end of bucket),ZD-type (Deep bucket)and SD-type(deep bucket),each of which is used for distribution of various materials,users may choose a suitable material bucket according to different materials' properties.
The elevator takes advantage of the centrifugal or mixed-mode discharge and pay-for loading ,It is suitable for transferring the powdery,granular,and the small block of low polishing materials that the packing density is not more than 1.5t/m3 and the temperature is not more than 60℃,It uses heat -resistant rubber belt that does not exceed 200℃.
